We take pride in the quality and health of our horses. To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence, we offer a legal binding 30-day warranty on all our horses. This warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind and assurance in the event that the horse does not meet your expectations.

 

Warranty Details

 

Duration: The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.  The warranty covers any undisclosed health issues or behavioural problems that were not mentioned at the time of sale.

Options: Within the warranty period, you have the option for a refund or an exchange if you are not satisfied with your horse.

Refund and Exchange:

Process 1 - Initial Contact: Please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a refund or exchange.

Process 2 -  Assessment:  We will perform an assessment to verify the claim, ensuring that the conditions fall within the warranty terms.

Process 3 -  Resolution: Once verified, we will offer you either a full refund or an exchange for another horse.
