Collection/Delivery Policy

Collection and Delivery Options:

Please not all horses must be delivered/collected and paid in full within 7 days  of placing deposit. Unless discussed and agreed otherwise. We are happy to hold if needed but please ask this at the point of securing - thank you.

Collection: Please be that all horses must be collected directly from our location in Lichfield, Staffordshire. If you require a different point to make your journey more convenient, such as a halfway location, feel free to reach out and ask. We are happy to accommodate your needs.

Buyer-Arranged Transport: The buyer responsible for all transport costs and arrangements from the point of sale. Once the horse leaves our care it is the buyer's responsibility.

Seller-Arranged Transport: We can offer transport services at our discretion. In this case, we will specify who bears the transport costs and an estimated delivery time frame.

​

Horse passports and microchips: All horses are microchipped and sold with a valid horse passport, as required by UK law.

​

​Transport authorisation: Ensure all transport is conducted by a person or company with the correct authorisation to move live animals and is fully insured.
